Do you offer free returns?

If you are based in the UK then we are pleased to offer free returns via both Royal Mail and Evri

When will I get my refund?

We'll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Why hasn't my order arrived?

If your order has left our Distribution Centre then you should have received an email providing you with a tracking number and link so that you can monitor the progress of your parcel. Please note that we sometimes have to ship out your order in multiple packages, the items included in each package will be detailed in your despatch email as well as the invoice included in your parcel.

If you still haven't received your order then please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team via sales@wareslondon.co.uk using your order number as the subject line.

- Returning online orders is easy and FREE. Return within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Email us at sales@wareslondon.co.uk for a returns form.

- All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened, include the original product packaging and have hygiene seals in place. We can't process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
